If you want to make some changes to your relationship with booze, we can teach you powerful tips and techniques to change your life in a supportive and non-judgemental way.
Homefield Grange offer a small and personal retreat where you can get ready to change your relationship with alcohol for good. Learn techniques that can help change your mindset and your health. Here you will eat nutritious plant based foods that help your body recover and rebalance, plus learn relaxation and stress reduction tools that you can apply to your everyday life to feel both calmer and more resilient.
The weekend will include group NLP and hypnotherapy sessions as well as your own personal and private consultation with Sober Coach specialist, Deborah Davison. You’ll leave Homefield empowered to take control around alcohol and gain the right mindset to make realistic and positive changes for your health and your life.

Deborah Davison has been in the wellness industry for over 20 and in that time has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of both physical and mental wellbeing. During those years she has helped thousands of clients rediscover their sense of purpose in life. Now it’s your turn.
In 2020, Deborah ditched the booze for good and trained as a qualified Sober Coach. Deborah says that giving up alcohol set her free from the ‘alcohol trap’ and through her down to earth and friendly approach, she will also help break you free from any old self-limiting beliefs that may be stopping you living your best life.
