Detox & lose weight at home

I found the combination of food and juices great. I actually had 2 days of food first then 3 days of juices. This was ahead of a 7 day juicing retreat. Feeling great thank you

We did this as a couple and both lost nearly a stone in weight between us. Meals were delicious, even for a fussy eater (my other half) and soon adapted to the new regime

Hi, thank you for the detox and weight loss box. I have enjoyed it and felt very well during and after. My digestion felt easier most of the time and I now feel on a much better path with my eating habits. The only little problem was with the packaging. The main box looked fine but inside one porridge and two meals containers were quite bruised and the lid had fallen off. They didn't spill of course cause they were frozen but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable to see the food open in possible contact with the packaging material. I just thought I mention it. But all went well anyway. Some food is, for my taste, a bit too spiced and hot but you were very kind and swapped it for me with some soups and that was better for me. Looking forward to do it again. It's good to know your help is there when I feel my body needs some encouragement to feel healthy.
Oh and those healthy bites balls are absolutely delicious!!

Really well structured 5 day diet plan, with 2 days of juicing followed by 3 days of delicious pre prepared meals and supported with weight loss supplements.

Very clear instructions and very tasty juices & meals made this very easy to follow & I lost 6.5lbs over the 5 days.

Such a great package at a special price this week. The juices are delicious, the evening soups taste homemade and are so filling. Love the protein balls to snack on. Includes teas and supplements. A great way to take a break from anything processed and feel great. I ran a 10k race at the end of the week, exceeded my goal and had so much energy!

Excellent weight loss at home box. Delicious juices, meals and excellent supplements and online support. I lost at least 4lbs but best of all I felt so much better in myself - healthier and more energised. It was a great kickstart to my health journey.

Juices and soups were very tasty , instructions were good . I lost 5 pounds during it and am continuing to lose wright I’ve reset . Feel much better

My favourite way of eating…. Knowing I’m getting all my nutrients and not having to stress about meals!

I have tried a few at home detox programmes before so was expecting the usual array of juices to arrive in a box and for me to spend the next 5 days forcing them down. But as soon as I opened the box I felt both surprised and excited!

The packaging is lovely, and you actually want to try them! As I rummaged I found myself looking forward to starting the detox.

On further inspection I found a little bag, inside it contained the detailed plan to follow, with tick boxes so you could keep track as you went and some lovely teas to try. Everything you needed was literally at your fingertips!

On day one, although excited, I was praying that they tasted as good as they looked. As I said, I’ve done juices before, and well known ones at that, but I’ve never enjoyed the products and had to force them down. So imagine my delight when I tried the first one, Rise and Shine and it was delicious! I couldn’t quite believe my luck. Over the course of the following week I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single one!

The beauty of this detox is that you have 3 juices, a nut milk, a snack blast and a soup per day. I was never hungry and felt amazing.

Over the 5 days I lost 6.5 pounds but on top of that I felt so energised. My hair is shining and my skin is clear. I am so impressed that I’ve just ordered another box.

I really can’t recommend it enough. I’ve always wanted to visit Homefield Grange but such a busy work and family life mean it’s really tricky to achieve. Until I manage to get there in person I will continue to enjoy the benefits of this at home solution.
