Whether you come by yourself, or with some of your important bridal party, get ready to feel relaxed, pampered and cared for. This weekend retreat includes targeted therapies that will leave you glowing from your head to your toes. Nutritious plant based foods will get your body in tip top shape, reduce the bloat and may well shift a few pounds. Our wellness spa and relaxation classes will balance your mind. Bridal Beautiful Therapy (110 mins)
Let us get you positively glowing for your big day. This therapy is about pampering you from head to toe and leaving you feeling calm, centred and looking amazing.
Your therapist will begin this treatment with a results driven G5 lymphatic massage on the hips and thigh area. The G5 machine is deeply relaxing as it targets the breakdown of fat cells, works on cellulite areas and firms and tones the skin.
Next, enjoy an all over body brush, removing dead skin cells in preparation for your body scrub.
Using natural properties, a beautiful smelling body scrub will be applied over the body, then rinsed off in a warm shower. Skin will be left clean, renewed and fresh.
Next a wonderful nourishing and hydrating oil is applied to the body.
As the oil works its magic, your therapist will place a castor oil lint cloth across your midriff to help the liver detoxify and release toxins. A warm heat pack is placed over the stomach to activate the castor oil. This part of the therapy is deeply relaxing and great for reducing stress and anxiety.
Next, the face will be cleansed, toned, exfoliated and a hydrating mask applied. As the nourishing mask is activated, you’ll enjoy a wonderful scalp massage.
When the mask is removed, the effects of the facial are intensified by using a Dermalux LED light therapy treatment. This helps with fine lines, wrinkles and will leave your skin feeling dewy, soft and photo ready. Your therapist performs a stress relieving foot massage as the LED treats your face, leaving you floating out the room and bridal beautiful for your big day.
